For a client within the banking sector we are looking for a Senior Strategic Advisor for a Desktop Program (2606)
In this exiting, challenging and rewarding role you will drive the desktop program for 65k desktop users and a variety of end user usage scenarios including requirements formalization, engineering delivery and quality phase gates, technology transformation, organizational transformation, and end user adoption in the desktop technology space.
This program will be introducing a technology strategy transformation around the desktop offerings including changes to software provisioning, desktop OS and end-points in scope. This is a long term project.
The core responsibilities for this role will cover the following:
- Program requirements definition and formalizes acceptance of those requirements and deliverables accordingly
- Manage the overall program requirements management process from definition to delivery/closure and release planning
- Communicate progress toward executing and validating requirements as part of quality gates for
The role will be highly visible within the end user community and will frequently help customers, suppliers and peers on technical matters related to end user desktop services.
Requirements leader will be responsible for ensuring the solution being engineered meets the needs of the customer, aligns with the timeline managed by the program and hits required quality gates on way to productionization.
Your qualifications:
- Experience in global delivery programs as a senior business analyst
- Technical Infrastructure business and technical analysis
- Workflow process definition and management
- Familiarity with Windows services and solutions preferred
- Experience with engaging and gathering requirements from App Development communities
- Fluent in English, oral and written
This is not a Project Manager role, but rather a Senior BA or Strategic Consultant with experience Desktop Refresh Projects in regulated industries.
