For a project at our banking client's site in Zurich we are looking for a Project Infrastructure Delivery Manager - Application Development Projects (2746)
This role is based in Project and Delivery Management which is part of the Technical Infrastructure Services (TIS) Technical Business Partner (TBP) organization acting as the interface between the Application Development (AD) departments, Engineering and Operations departments.
Your Mission:
Lead and manage on behalf of the customer all aspects of the IT Infrastructure delivery for strategic Application Development Projects. The incumbent acts as the trusted advisor ensuring that where possible all the bank's IT Standards are met. The Delivery Manager guides the customer through all process's revolving around the delivery of Technology Infrastructure Services to ensure that all legal and regulatory steps are covered.
Key Deliverables:
- Responsible for the successful end to end delivery of Infrastructure within the Digital Private Bank Program.
- Support Project and Account Managers with estimates on infrastructure CapEX requirements for each initiative within the Book of Work.
- Keep up to date with bank's IT Standards in order to support the strategies in place.
- Act as "Trusted Advisor" to the Application Development departments providing guidance on the bank's IT Standards
- Assist the customer with IT Infrastructure design that meets their requirements while at the same time following TIS standards
- Guide the customer through the TIS procedures and process's.
- Ensure delivery of the IT Infrastructure on time and within budget
- Provide up to date reporting to Program Management, Account Management and key stakeholders on project engagement activities
Qualifications/Competencies:
- Solid knowledge of UNIX and Windows infrastructure including virtual environments
- Solid knowledge of Network and Firewall standards to ensure data integrity and security
- Solid Knowledge of Swiss Financial Services Network environment and Security considerations is desirable.
- IT Project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Self motivated with proven ability of working in team environments
