JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The Sales Operations analyst is responsible for the overall productivity and effectiveness of their assigned duties. Reporting to the senior manager of EU Sales Operations, the Sales Operations analyst acts as a business support to senior sales management, as well as sales super users and is responsible for providing a wide range of analytical and operational support.

As such, this position requires an individual with superb communication and analytical skills who can successfully pivot between multiple projects and sales operations functions (funnel management reporting, territory management, performance management, sales process design, systems design, etc.).

This position should help to solve organizational information problems and requirements by analysing requirements; designing reports and analytical solutions; recommending system controls and protocols. It will be also instrumental in project management support and tracking.

MAIN JOB DUTIES

Provide transparency into business performance against key sales objectives by preparing technical reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information and trends.

Proactively identify opportunities for sales process improvement. Maintains protocols and SW by updating procedures with management approval

Recommend revisions to existing sales metrics and measurements. Support operational activities by studying business metrics; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats.

Monitor compliance with Sales Operations policies and recommend areas for improvement.

Serve as liaison with IT, Sales management, Marketing, Customer Service, and in-country Sales admin in maximizing sales team support and ensuring cross-functional alignment.

Support ad-hoc reporting requests and assist on Sales Operations special projects.

Maintenance of SFDC and funnel/business Excel reports. Support business systems and current practices; designing modifications when required and approved.

Recommends controls by identifying problems; proposing improved procedures to management

Monitors funnel progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions.

Provides references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; providing business user support; training users when applicable.

Maintains user confidence and protects operations by keeping information integrity, completeness and correctness.

Maintains professional and technical knowledge on funnel management and concerned tools

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Fluent English level (advanced). Preferably other European languages (French, Spanish, German or Italian)

Good communication skills

Undergraduate degree in Finance, Business, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or other quantitative field. Strong academic performance.

Experience in Sales Operations, Finance (with experience supporting sales), Consulting, or similar function.

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
