Junior Lab Business Analyst/Programming skills
For our client, one of the biggest global pharmaceutical players in Switzerland, we are currently looking for a Junior Business Analyst with scientific background (laboratory environment experience) with very good programming skills.
This is a contract in Basel starting in May till the end of December 2015 with an option to extend.
In this position the Lab Business Analyst will be responsible for understanding the research business environment, lab processes, data flow and research data in order to identify the informatics needs. The candidate will gather requirements to build and deliver enterprise informatics solutions.
Client is looking for a Business Analyst comfortable with working closely with end user clients and with a team of developers to deliver customized applications. Hence ability to think creatively and initiate fresh ideas is essential for the role.
Requirements for the role:
- 2-4 years working as Business Analyst within a global environment
- Very good experience within a laboratory environment
- Excellent programming skills with C#, ASP .NET or equivalent
- Experience with SQL and SharePoint
- Experience in GUI design
- Great team player with a very proactive attitude
- German and English a must
