Junior Financial Project Assistant/Pharma
For our client, one of the biggest global pharmaceutical companies in Switzerland, we are currently looking exclusively for a Junior Project Assistant with financial background and with first experience in the pharmaceutical industry. It is a 3-month contract based in Basel starting ASAP.
In this position you will be providing support to Project Managers and carrying out constant project controlling. The ideal candidate needs to have previous Project Support experience and can work independently.
For this project, the client needs a highly dynamic and lively Junior/Professional person, able to adapt easily and showing a lot of flexibility. Ideally the candidate has strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to maintain deadlines and to communicate effectively in both German and English.
Requirements
- Between 2 and 4 years experience in a similar position, ideally as a Financial Assistant
- First experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong flair for numbers
- Experience in handling Purchase Orders (creation, opening, closing etc.)
- Excellent communication skills in German a must, fluent in English
- Strong organization and coordination skills
