Project Manager (Image/Imaging/Desktop) - Zurich, Switzerland - 6 Month Contract - 750 CHF per day

A global IT services company has embarked on a large transformation project with one of the largest engineering companies in the world. They are in process of hiring the project team and are seeking a Project Manager who's experienced on imaging projects.

PLEASE NOTE: you would need experience managing image engineering projects.

Role & Responsibilities
Infrastructure Project manager is responsible for delivery of IT Infrastructure elements of business projects.
Responsibilities include:
. Manages the delivery of End User migration solutions involving multiple stake holders
. Determines overall project plan, budget, structure, schedule, and staffing requirements.
. Leads the design/delivery of multi-national/multi-partner projects; is the key technical contributor for project management methodology and tools.
. Solves complex, high impact project design, coordination problems
. Reporting all the element of the project on Daily/Weekly/Monthly basis is the major responsibility.
Required Candidate Profile
. Engineering Degree with 10+ years in IT
. 4+ Years of IT Infrastructure - System Integration Project Management experience
* Overall 6 to 10 years IT experience in Desktop related Services
* Good experience in Desktop migration life cycle from Hardware inventory techniques and tools, Image creation and management and desktop deployment
* IT Infrastructure domain knowledge is a must
. Ability to develop and monitor project schedules and timelines to identify and meet critical mile stones
. Ability to deliver the project on the budgeted cost and track the budget
* Good experience in deployment tools deploying OS
* Well versed with MDT ImageX, DISM, USMT, etc.,
* Ability to create the project documents as necessary to detail.
. Proficient in Project management tools & processes
. BFSI Domain knowledge
. Good and effective written and oral communication
. Good people management skill
Experience ( Preferred)
. Experience of working in International business environment
. Working experience in Windows 7 Migration Project
. PMP/PRINCE 2 certification
