Project Manager - FATCA
The project: We are looking for an experienced project manager to support the stream leader with the implementation of FATCA reporting requirements within an international bank.
Your tasks:
- Support the BD (business development) stream leader in leading and guiding 23 local project managers in implementing FATCA, including control framework, processes, controls, validation- and sign-off process, readiness checks, etc.
- Deal and solve complex issues and risks across the whole bank related with FATCA
- Manage interdependencies effectively in a highly complex environment
- Work together with different areas such as group tax, business, operations, IT, etc. across the whole firm
- Establishing weekly, monthly and ad-hoc status reports
Your experience/skills:
- Very good FATCA and/or QI knowledge
- Financial products know-how
- Ability to understand the internal complex multiple Matrix program set-up
- Extensive PM experience within banking (minimum 5 years)
- Analytical and communicative personality with the ability to handle intercultural factors
