Senior Management Assistant in CSG Internal Audit Zurich
Location: Zurich
Duration: 3 months
Start Date: ASAP
We offer
- A challenging role in an international and dynamic environment, based in Zurich
- Responsibility for the efficient support of the Global Head of Internal Audit and Chief Auditors based in Switzerland in all organizational and administrative tasks, such as calendar management, travel organisation, expense management and preparing presentations
- High level of independence
- Support preparation, review and distribution of Internal Audit reports including formal quality assurance reviews.
- Take ownership of any issues that arise from the day to day processes with a view to resolving these in an efficient and timely manner.
- Administrative tasks, ie basic office management including office supplies, archiving and filing
You offer
- Commercial apprenticeship, ideally within banking and/or further education in Executive Assistance
- A minimum of 5 years working experience in a similar function in a professional and competitive surrounding
- Demonstrated experience as a management assistant, supporting multiple managers simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- A very precise and efficient work approach as well as outstanding organizational skills
- Strong ability to cope with pressure. High motivation; strong multitasking skills
- Fluency in English and in German
- High customer orientation, integrity and very good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to keep all information and interaction of Senior Management in confidence
- Excellent know-how in MS Office, particularly in MS PowerPoint
- Strong social and problem solving skills, focus on service and high flexibility
