Randstad Professionals is seeking a Transformation HR Manager for their client in Zurich. This is an urgent need and the candidate needs to start in Zurich as soon as possible.
Responsibilities:
To drive all aspects of HR activity required for the success of the Global Procurement transformation
Skills Required:
HRBP in large, global organization; preferably with responsibility for partners across the globe; Specific support of large functional restructures and/or global transformations, is highly desirable; has supported senior level managers (C-suite not required); experience in Talent Acquisition is desired (doesn't need to have been a long term recruiter, just general knowledge of processes and strategy will be helpful); must take direction and guidance well; strong communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to be successful in cross cultural environments
