Customer Management Technical Consultant/Tech Support Manager Qualifications
- 2 years Genesys experience within the last 5 years
- A degree in computer science or equivalent degree (university, ETH or FH)
- experience in contact center technologies and projects
- professional experience in the CRM environment (development or integration) and knowledge of CRM standard products
- Impeccable spoken and written German (mother tongue level) and good knowledge of English
- joy of new creativity and innovative solution designs
- High autonomy and flexibility in the application area
- Safe in appearance, integrity and quality-conscious, committed and motivated
- communication skills, teamwork, initiative and resilience
- flexibility and mobility (inserts in all of Switzerland)

- German (Fluent or very good knowledge of written and spoken)
- English (very good command of spoken and written)
- Other languages (especially French ) is an advantage
This is a Fantastic opportunity for a Customer Management Technical Consultant/Tech Support Manager to work with a market leading Consultancy in Bern on an initial 9 month contract.
