Application Support Analyst (m/f)
for a contracting project assignment in Geneva

Your Duties:
- Responsible for providing support via call tracking tool
- Responsible for accurate product reporting and following up on escalating issues
- Responsible for deployment activity of a new code and correct maintaining of scripts
- Responsible for basic technical activities on UNIX, Windows and SQL
Your Qualifications:
- Fluency in English is a must
- Strong SQL, UNIX, Citrix, Perl, Web sphere and Java skills
- Awareness of ITIL best practices and MS SharePoint
