My client requires an experienced DBA using Teradata. The ideal candidate is fluent in both German and English and has a solid understanding of business intelligence.
- Ensure a smooth and efficient operation together with the BI service owner, consulting both developers and end users
- Installation, administration and optimisation of Teradata databases according to the needs of the BI service area
- Advice/tuning of complex database queries from developers and end users
- Incidents occurring along with the service owner, the SW manufacturers, IT providers and users resolve quickly and efficiently
- Propose, evaluate and implement to ensure the overall performance/efficiency of database systems sustainable life cycle measures
