Edelway AG is a Swiss IT Services Company. Our global Banking client based in Zürich, Switzerland, is currently looking for Testers to join their team on a long term basis.
Supporting the Front Office technology operations of one of the world's most reputable financial institutions. You will join the team behind the multi asset eTrading platform.
With the aim of deploying a smooth, dynamic and rich end user experience you will ensure the QA testing of their multi asset class trading portal.
YOUR ROLE
- Complete ownership for all testing across multiple applications built with a varied set of tools/technologies
- The ownership of the QA for the complete Testing Life cycle from Unit Testing through UAT for tasks and applications.
- Working with virtual testing teams to ensure full end to end functionality and performance of systems changes are tested.
- Communicate overall risk being assumed to business, development and testing management teams on the open items in a release or the level of testing completed per release.
- Analyse business requirements and work closely with BA, Development and QA teams in understanding the changes and implementing the same using automation tools
YOUR PROFILE
- Strong Private Banking process knowledge specifically eTrading, being able to work with both the business and technology to bridge the gap from construction to delivery.
- Previous experience in a similar role, working on multi asset class trading platforms
- Experience working with C# .NET, Java, WPF
- Experience of Agile practices and processes (eg: SCRUM)
- Fluency in English is a must
