We are looking for a project leader
Skills:
- many years experience as project leader in the banking area
- experienced in cooperation on business and IT side
- experienced in alignment of plans and resource allocation with other projects
- good understanding of Swiss PB products (equity, bonds, FX)
- experience in designing and implementing a business rule engine including the proper documentation, eg. rules set, Ops Manual
- very good German skills
- good English skills
Tasks
- Conduct Discovery Phase (jointly with the umbrella programme) to finalize the vendor roles and responsibilities and the efforts for the Business Rule Engine Set-up and the Offering Engine implementation. Align the WBS, Plan, Commitment on resources for both projects (umbrella programme and BRE Platform) including involvement and staffing of Vendor
- Design/Build Platform for short term needs in terms of Development/Execution/Operational Architecture (ie small footprint).
- Run development/test/production environment for BRE for 2015
- Write BRE Platform Ops Manual
- Define/Implement User & Access Rights (Generic Framework + first set-up for Business Modell Offering)
- Design and document Rule sets/BRE Do's and don'ts in rule implementation, structuring etc. Implement first structure (but not the content) for the BRE
- Establish governance, IT competency centre, operations. Define processes roles & responsibilities. Initial set-up
