For a project at our banking client site in Zurich, we are looking for an interestedSupport Analyst & Application SME (2457)
The Job:
You will support 600 feeds in an Investment Bank in the area of Credit Risk.
You will manage and liaise with the internal IT problem management partners
You will examine data and trend analysis
You will drive and arrange meetings to identify and resolve issues with the Database Development team
We are looking for candidates with:
Several years of experience supporting large scale applications using SQL and UNIX
Database Development and solid UNIX know how (any Sybase, Oracle, Solaris & Linux is ideal)
Proven track record in bringing efficiency in day-to-day operations
Multi-tasking skills and ability to work under pressure
Excellent ability to work collaboratively across cultures in a global environment
Nice to have is practical experience with ITIL
Fluent in English, oral and written. German would be an asset.
This position is not urgent and our client will also consider January or February 2015 starters
