For our client, an international bank with a global reach, Swisslinx are looking for a highly motivated Test Manager with strong experience in the derivatives and OTC space and regulatory knowhow for a project in Zurich.
This is a six month contract with a strong potential for extension starting ASAP.
Senior Test Manager, Regulatory Project, Banking, English (Contract, Zurich)
Test manager to manage the planning, control, design and execution of business testing and user acceptance testing for regulatory derivative trade reporting
- Experience of mobilizing and managing a business testing team and testing effort
- Ability to manage the functional scope of business testing within the context of a release/delivery
- Ability to plan, monitor, and control testing activities and tasks
- Ability to define test objectives, test policies, test strategies and test plans
- Lead and monitor the analysis, design, implementation and execution of the test cases and test procedures
- Monitor, measure and report on test progress
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Experience as a test manager in the banking sector
- Ability to define and drive test strategy
- Strong knowledge of financial derivatives (listed and OTC, all asset classes)
- Regulatory project experience (affinity with EMIR, Dodd Frank, FinfraG etc)
- Fluent in English
- Open minded and delivery focused
- Strong communication skills
