Senior Portfolio Performance Analyst
For our banking client in Zurich we are looking for a Senior Portfolio Analyst

Our client is offering a challenging role as a Portfolio Performance Analyst and will be responsible for leading the monthly operations, analysis and communications across the banks' change project portfolios, with a primary focus on the Share Portfolios.
Responsibilities:
- Lead monthly reporting operations
- Overseeing, planning, identifying and driving production issues to resolution
- Performing in-depth analyst of monthly metric, KPI and key portfolio financial results
- Identifying business relevant insights, recognizing trends and explaining the main drivers to top-management
- Providing business insights and recommendations to top management
- Formally address operational risks based on monthly project portfolio delivery KPI and metric results
Ideal profile will have/be:
- Senior analyst with solid background in project portfolio/performance management - minimum 5 years experience, experience in banking a bonus
- Understanding of management reporting and its operations; familiar with reporting cycle; ability to guide and motivate remote operational teams
- Great affinity for numbers; deep understanding of project portfolio finance; accounting and finance exposure from a business controlling perspective will be a big bonus
- Excellent analytical skills; ability to recognize trends; work to great detail
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken); solid presentation capabilities; experience with management summaries required; appropriate use of business and finance language
- Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills; experience dealing with stakeholders within the bank; customer-oriented; proactive and self-motivated
- Profound MS Excel and Powerpoint; CA Clarity and SQL databases a preferred asset
