Senior Business/Technical Analyst OTC Derivatives
On behalf of our client, a leading global company within finance, we are looking for an Experienced Business/Technical Analyst with OTC experience. For this contract position based in Zürich in Switzerland our client is looking for an English speaking candidate who can start as soon as possible.
We offer:
- An interesting role to liaise with business and technical team members in order to determine the solutions to business needs
- A role which will focus especially on interfaces between various applications
- Develop functional specifications, presentations and documents according to requirements from business and project.
- Responsibility to analyse, design, test and support the implementation of technical solutions that address the changing functional requirements of the IRD's and FX options business on a middle-Back Office area.
- The possibility to work in a dynamic environment within investment banking middle- and back- office
- Analysis, incident resolution and consulting tasks
You offer:
- Degree in Information Technology and/or Business Economics or equivalent
- Very good technical and functional understanding about interface technologies and interactions within a broader situation
- Proficient in requirements engineering and Datamodelling
- Several years experience in a similar role within a large financial institution in a trading/Back Office environment
- Drive, pro-active work approach and good communication skills
- Ideally solid knowledge of treasury Back Office processing, focusing on OTC derivatives for FX and PM products as well as for IRD's.
- Computer literacy and an interest in technical innovations (knowledge of XML (FPML) and SQL is a plus)
- Good communication skills in English, German would be an additional advantage
