For our client in Zurich we are looking for a Quality/Test Manager in an agile Mobile Banking Project

Your responsibilities:

  • A challenging role as Test Manager for Online and Mobile Banking applications
  • Define and lives the (agile) test strategy
  • Coach people in testing roles
  • Work as an Embedded Tester in scrum organized projects
  • Accountability to track, monitor and facilitate the quality level of the deliverables from the offshore subcontractors
  • Support projects with reporting on progress, defects, risks and issues according to the Credit Suisse guidelines
    As the ideal candidate you have the following qualifications and experience:
  • Proven track record of 3-5 years' experience in test management and software testing on complex projects
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Good knowledge in software quality management, business process engineering, banking and business administration (financial service sector or industrial sector)
  • Experience with waterfall and agile methodologies
  • Experience with offshore testing and working in an international environment
  • Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken; preference will be given to candidates who are also fluent in German
