On behalf of our client, we are currently looking for a Network Supporter for a long term contract role in Zurich at 40%.

Requirements:
Two days a week only (Tuesday & Thursday)
2-3 years technical support experience in a computer-related area
Strong analytical abilities to quickly resolve technical problems, evaluate alternative approaches and to recommend the most feasible and economical solutions
Strong verbal communication skills, including the ability to document operations procedures
Ability to effectively work independently
German fluent language German and good English language capabilities
Task description:
- These activities include PC hard- and software installation and troubleshooting as well as active participation in projects and support
- To manage user calls, a service desk is established which takes all user calls and escalates back to local support if necessary. Incumbent is responsible that these escalated calls are treated in a timely manner. Incumbent will also report her/his activities in the global incident management tool.
- Incumbent will make sure that all technology changes are communicated to the end user in an appropriate way.
