Randstad IT Professionals is actively looking for a SAP Business Objects Engineer for one of our major clients, a global bank headquartered in Zurich.
In this challenging contract position, you will be responsible for supporting the replacement of Legacy applications. A number between 50 and 70 applications can be re-built based on Business Objects, in a high-pressure environment and with the help of off-shore development teams.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- University degree level (preferably in IT or Banking)
- 4 or more years of experience in designing and realizing SAP Business Objects reports and especially SAP Business Objects universes.
- Experience in leading a (small) team of report developers
- Experience in onsite/offshore working model
- Experience as requirements engineer in reporting or data warehouse projects
- Experience in banking or finance industry is an advantage
- Experience with offshore development teams is an advantage
- Fluent written and spoken English (German is an advantage)
- Strong communications and customer orientation skills
- Strong analytical problem solving skills
- Experience in data warehouse/Business Intelligence Environment
- Experience in ETL tools, data modelling, SQL
