Our client is a leading financial company based in Basel. In order to reinforce their team, Swisslinx is seeking a committed, highly motivated Project Coordinator.
As a Project Coordinator your responsibilities would be the following:
Establish high standard of communication within department through implementation of department-wide communication framework
Coordinate and evaluate operational communications, both within the department and between the department and other business areas Contribute to the Collaboration and Marketing team's priorities and tasks, performing ad hoc marketing and communication tasks Liaise as required with internal clients as well as internal and external service providers Coordinate and execute administrative tasks for the Collaboration and Marketing team Release and change management Software and configuration management
In order to be considered for this position, we are looking for candidates with the following
profile:
Bachelor's degree in information management, applied (web) communications or related Extensive experience using web tools including Adobe Acrobat and HTML editos Experience using HTML Excellent MS Office skills Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Dynamic and innovative approach to web communications and problem resolution. Previous web-based communications function is a plus Excellent written English; knowledge of at least one other European language is a plus
