*Review all of the IT SOP and Work Instructions and help to identify gaps, issues and resolutions.
*Ability to identify and comprehend IT operations and resource needs Examples: Disaster Recovery, Archiving, physical access to assets, permissions and roles.
*Logical and methodical with visual drafting skills
*Ability to learn, understand and analyse existing processes
*Ability to devise appropriate processes and workflow
*Write SOP/Work Instruction documents (not CSV documents)
*Ability to harmonize existing SOPs against the internal processes.
*Identify conflict and potential impact within identified systems
*Identify missing SOPs
*Ability to interact with business users
*Knowledge of c GXP systems
Requirements:
*Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills are essential
*Excellent knowledge of English, both written and oral
*Swiss German is also preferred
*Able and willing to work in a complex organization with highly detailed rules and regulations
*Computer literate
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
*Must be able to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision
