Our client in Basel seeks a Senior Systems Engineer Linux with excellent understanding of Red Hat Enterprise Linux infrastructure.
As an experienced Linux Engineer you will have the following skills:
- System design, installation, operation, monitoring and support of Red Hat Enterprise Linux infrastructure.
- Supporting high-availability solutions based on HP Serviceguard in geographically distributed environments
- EMC VMAX storage administration.
- Clustering, SAN, storage and networking technologies
- Perl and Shell Scripting.
- Virtual infrastructure (VMWare or Red Hat virtualisation)
- Configuration and maintenance of Apache Httpd and Tomcat web services
- Applications such has the Red Hat Network Satellite Server, HP Data Protector or HP Operations Manager
