Candidates will ideally have gained previous experience working for a leading pharmaceutical organisation, although candidates from other industries will also be considered.
Position is based in Basel, but candidate must be able to travel as required internationally. Travel will not exceed 30%.
The EAI Project Manager is responsible for regional and global coordination and migration of EAI, ETL and EDI processes for a global ERP system. The EAI Manager must be skilled in EAI/EDI Information Architecture, EAI and ETL patterns, end to end testing, release management and GxP system validation.
The successful candidate will be expected to have the following skills and experience;
- Previous multiple roles focusing on EAI Migration/Deployment
- Excellent knowledge of the technical aspects of Enterprise Application Integration, security protocols and Infrastructure
- Experience in EAI implementation and migration involving multiple regions
- Experience dealing with third party stakeholders/vendors across Matrix environment in multiple countries
- Extensive record of planning and delivering large and complex international enterprise projects
- Ability to effectively communicate with developers as well as end users
- Exposure in integrating Enterprise Wide business applications
- Experience in platform migration efforts with a global scope
- Experience in conducting user workshops for requirements gathering
- Manage global migration from existing integration platforms to cloud based platform, from start to finish, for approximately 100 interfaces Oversee the day-to-day execution of the project, facilitate resolution of issues
- Oversee the technical aspects of the migration throughout the life of the project
- Help determine and revalidate the project's size, scope, delivery schedule and required artifacts
- Develop the project plan, pilot and rollout phases including source data
assessment and remediation, migration readiness tracking, etc.
- Conduct analytical studies, cost-benefit analyses, and other supporting research as required
- Assess, report and track the project plan, risk register, budget, schedules, resources, etc.
- Determine resources needed - including internal and external resources
- Weekly status reporting to stakeholders
- Assist technical teams (Infrastructure teams, development teams, application teams) during the rollout
