Our client is a major international organisation with its Head Quarters near Lausanne in Switzerland.
To support one of its IS/IT Teams, they are looking for a Learning and Training Co-ordinator with the responsibility to develop, implement and maintain the communication strategy for the team. Acting as Learning and Training Co-ordinator, you will manage L&T activities promoting best practice, developing supporting software and platforms and ensuring the L&T material is developed and promoted within the organisation. You will be a communications specialist with a strong understanding of the ISIT world and will have previously worked within a Learning and Training position. Previous experience of working with diverse and dispersed teams is a strong plus and you will be expected to be competent in the use of Powerpoint and ideally, Sharepoint.
