Harvey Nash is looking for a Project Manager/Financial Manager for a 5 + month project in Switzerland.
The role is for a project automating the credit notes posting process in SAP. At present all credit notes are manually posted after a long process involving data collection, validation, approval, e-mail correspondence, accrual reversal, etc. The client is aiming to devela new online process, allowing data validation, on-line approval with document depository and automatic posting to SAP (via XML/PI).
You are responsible for
understanding current process and mapping new requirements to shape future one measuring KPIs of current process, analysing results, identifying areas of improvement preparing project documentation setting up meetings following up on action points with stakeholders involved testing the application preparing testing and training documentation coaching the countries, etc. Requirements
min. 4 years with relevant experience in finance (reporting/controlling/accounting) Solid understanding of processes IT/Countries and Accounting academic background (in economics or business) project management experience Project experiences, meet deadlines IT flair (SharePoint, SAP, SQL) affinity with MS Office (Excel, PowePoint) team player understanding credit notes readiness to work with many stakeholders (departments, customers, countries) fluent in English Are you available immediately, have experience working within a Life Science company?
