For our client in the Zurich area, Alpina HR Services is looking for a
Test Manager (m/f)

Funktionszweck / Function:
Support and assess the quality of the product.

In this exciting and challenging role, you will be collaborating with 1-2 software development teams to assess the quality and meet the expectations of the product to be shipped.
You work close with requirement engineers to have measurable acceptance criteria and with the development team to customers, partners, domain experts and the development team to explore, formulate and present the requirements to be implemented.
The new offering entails hardware-, software and organisational aspects. Despite focusing mostly on software aspects, you will also need to consider the complete solution and engage with your interdisciplinary team members to evaluate and decide on trade-offs and to collaboratively work towards the best whole solution.

Aufgabenbereich / Task:
• Define tools supporting executing and management of tests
• Define metrics to assess the quality
• Setup tools to support the test process and test automation
• Define test focus for releases and sprints
• Observe and follow up the trends of quality metrics
• Communicate the degree of fulfilment of quality standards and escalate major quality deficiencies.
• Define test strategies
• Execute manual and automatic tests and support tester in verifying the system
• Participate in project reviews and retrospectives
• Support the product acceptance

Anforderungen / Needs:
• In-depth knowledge of testing
• Professional experience with testing in large teams is desirable
• Experience in agile development processes is highly desirable
• Experience with access control solutions are desirable
• Experience with testing of cloud solutions is highly desirable
• Well-founded experience with testing
• More than 5 years of experience from large system development projects
• Leadership experience and motivator with good communications skills

Sprachen: Deutsch, Englisch (beides mind. sehr gut)
