Harvey Nash is looking for an Administrative Expert for a 11+ month project in Switzerland.
The role is for a candidate who handles and co-ordinates the office of the Head of Commercial Excellence, the Head of Strategic Planning and the Head of Communication/Patient Advocacy plus supports part of Marketing Managers in the organization of several conferences/workshops and administrative tasks.
You are responsible for
Event management including independent organization of external meetings and VIP events Coordination and communication tasks, general administrative support (eg travel planning, including visa and logistics, calendar management, organization of meetings/TC/VC, expenses, presentations, correspondence) E-shop ordering (placing/controlling purchase orders) Office management, database administration Onboarding/training/mentoring of new hires Daily business communication in English, German Coordination/support for onsite & offsite training programs (new hires onboarding and functional skills training programs) Coordination/support for internal communication projects and award programs Requirements
Executive Assistent with multiyear (5 years) experience Self-consistent assistant who doesn't need supervision of superior Proactive worker Multitasking approved Project experience Event experience Organisational talent Used to work under pressure Desirable: Experience in pharmaceutical industry Fluent in English and German Are you available immediately, have experience working within a Life Science company?
