For our client in Zurich we are looking for a

2nd Level Supporter

Your responsibilities:

  • 2nd Level support to business applications
  • Work on Incident resolution using application knowledge
  • Coordinate with business, L1, L3 and other teams for resolution
  • Release & deployment coordination
  • Participation in Root cause analysis for specific issues
  • Participation in ITSCM activities ie supporting for BCP tests
  • Develop knowledge and add to the knowledge base over a period of time working with business & L3 teams and improve the investigation of issues
  • Gather knowledge of other applications and on-board the support tasks to PTG

    As the ideal candidate you have the following qualifications and experience:
  • Must have good troubleshooting & analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English and should showcase maturity in communication,
  • Technical skill set: MS SQL 2008, .Net,
  • Good understanding of Windows Ops ex: Task Scheduler, Services, Registry Keys
  • Good attitude and behavior
  • Excellent team member and mixes with the team well
  • Should be able to manage pressure situations and coordinate well with end business users
  • Should accept a diverse culture of the team and should be a good team player
