Key Responsibilities:
- Primary responsibility is to understand the customer requirements, architect and build technical solutions
- Drive transformational activities from Technical and Domain perspective.
- Be part of solution phase for new RFP, new proactive initiatives
- Responsible for ensuring systems development work is carried out to defined standards and procedures, and for ensuring that systems changes fit within the general applications architecture and strategic framework
- Determining solutions to issues in line with Architecture and agreed principles with stakeholders
- Proven ability to negotiate in difficult situations, reaching agreements while preserving/building relationships
- Understanding, documenting the business requirements and Defining the details of how new requirements will be delivered, including documentation and review of a technical specifications.
- Leads project related status meetings and communications with IT team members and Business Partners to ensure projects are on target to meet their deadlines
Key Competencies:
- Around 15 year experience in Functional/Technical Delivery Management
- Certification in Java/J2EE, BI Tools is preferred
- Master degree in Finance preferred
- Should have done similar project roles in the past
- Should have good Swiss based background
- Techno-Functional SME in Banking/Financial Projects is a Must
- Expertise in managing multiple stake holders involved in the project
- Proven success and experience in global delivery models
- Experience in various development methodologies
- Ability to multi-task across initiatives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good communicator and has ability to liaise with the business, operations around business requirements as well as interface partners on technical aspects of the interfaces.
- Self-starter able to work in a globally distributed team Key Functional Skills:
- Experience in Wealth Management - Asset allocation, risk profiling, Trade Order management, Portfolio reconciliation, corporate action
- Knowledge of various asset classes like equities, bonds, derivatives, structured products & mutual funds

Proven experience in production support, Development project
Experience of working in a culturally diverse and geographically distributed team
