For our banking client based in Zurich we are currently looking for a Project Manager/PMO in Treasury IT

Job Description:
Treasury IT provides technology services to its internal business partners globally. It is currently looking for a Project Manager/PMO to assist one of its senior project manager in several regulatory projects. This is a job for a flexible, proactive and self-motivated person who enjoys variety and can handle changing job requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with project managers and help in all projects phases.
- Identify areas for improvement, assist/implement improvement recommendations and promote quality.
- Prepare work products and documents for projects.
- Handle project review board (PRB) preparation, coordinate and facilitate PRB reviews.
- Assist project planning, estimate & tracking, testing.
- Assist management reporting, project status report, dashboards and tracking.
- Assist project manager in the daily project life.
- Assist in logistics for the project.
- Work closely with different teams that are spread across regions.
Qualifications:
- Master/Bachelor Degree in or equivalent qualifying experience.
- 3+ years of experience preferably in the IT/Banking industry working in the areas of Project Management/Project Management Office/Test management.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact on different levels.
- Strong team player and ability to work in international and heterogeneous team.
- Fluency in English, written and spoken. German is an advantage.
- Good MS Office skills, Visio is an advantage.
- Knowledge of project life cycles and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment and deliver results within tight schedules.
