Process Validation Engineer

A global pharmaceutical organisation is looking for a Process Validation Engineer to support the start-up of a new production facility.

Location: Basel area, Switzerland

Role and Requirements:
Planning, execution and documentation of process validation activities on a new production facility for the formulation and packaging of solid dose pharmaceutical products
Establish critical process parameters
Identify any process deviations during the commissioning and qualification of the new process equipment
Generate and execute process validation protocols and reports according to the client's internal VMPs
Ensure that the processes are GMP and FDA compliant prior to handing over to the users

Requirements:
Degree educated in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Chemistry Pharmacy or similar
Fluent in German and English
In depth experience in the co-ordination and execution of process validation activities
Technical knowledge of solid dose pharmaceutical production processes (granulation, blending, powder filling, tableting, coating, packaging )
