Primary Tasks and responsibilities:
- Daily 1st line application incident and troubleshooting
- Installation and deployment support
- Develop and maintain the support documentation for all technology related subjects
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills
- Change Management
- Bachelor Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science OR equivalent through experience.
(Advanced course work in technical systems plus continued education in technical disciplines is preferred)
