For a 6 month project with our customer in Ticino, we are looking ASAP for an Application Support Analyst

Tasks:

  • Application Development & Support
  • Daily 1st line application incident and troubleshooting
  • Installation and deployment support
  • Maintaining customer service and availability
  • Develop and maintain the support documentation for all technology related subjects

    Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science OR equivalent through experience.
  • Advanced course work in technical systems plus continued education in technical disciplines is preferred.
  • Language proficiencies: Italian and German spoken and written, English spoken
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills
  • Able to follow change management procedures and internal guidelines
  • Quick learner, motivated self-starter
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
