For a 6 month project with our customer in Ticino, we are looking ASAP for an Application Support Analyst
Tasks:
Application Development & Support Daily 1st line application incident and troubleshooting Installation and deployment support Maintaining customer service and availability Develop and maintain the support documentation for all technology related subjects Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science OR equivalent through experience. Advanced course work in technical systems plus continued education in technical disciplines is preferred. Language proficiencies: Italian and German spoken and written, English spoken Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills Able to follow change management procedures and internal guidelines Quick learner, motivated self-starter Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Are you interested in this position?
