For our customer in Basel we are looking for a Recruiter

Tasks:

  • Provides client organization with appropriate talent to fill open positions (incl. temporary assignments, post graduates and post-docs)
  • Searches, selects and hires new employees
  • acts as the internal consultant for the recruitment approach
  • Ensures/creates appropriate advertisement text, selects appropriate media, uses internal search capability (databases) to screen internal talent
  • Screens applications, selects a shortlist of suitable candidates and forwards them to line and HR (as appropriate)
  • Ensures availability and sending of complete contract
  • Hands over of the new hire's dossier to HR Manager and briefs him/her on the new employee

    Requirements:

  • College/university degree in social sciences or business degree or equivalent management experience
  • HR experience
  • Fluent in German & English oral & writing
  • Minimum 3 years experience in HR
  • further HR experience in an international environment desirable
