For our client, a globally active Swiss firm headquartered in Zurich, we are looking to staff a Software Process Manager
Daily Tasks
• Documenting SW-Development Process (SOP, Best Practices)
• Collect Best Practices in SW-Development from Subject matter experts in Workshops
• Hold Process Trainings for SW-Developers
Must Haves:
• Working experience as project leader or quality assurance officer in software development
• Broad understanding of software technologies, methods and disciplines
• Working experience as software developer
• Experience with various software development models /methods, especially with agile development
• Experience in ensuring high software quality
• Experience in writing QAPs/SOPs (Process Procedures)
• Has the capabilities to train the QAPs/SOPs in the SW Department
• Can manage personal, technical and organizational conflicts
• Strong analytical and methodical skills
• Independent and proactive working approach
• Open minded and communicative
• English and German written and spoken
Nice to Haves
• Working experience in internal audits, education as Internal Auditor
• Business Process Management (BPM)
Contract Type: Contract
Start Date: 01.06.2014 or by agreement
Duration: 12 Months with extension
Workload: 100%
