For one of our clients in Basel we are looking for a Service/Operations Manager to participate in the planning, scheduling, tracking, and reporting of our clients project activities in the area of assigned accountabilities,
Contribute to the project goals and objectives and assist/support the teams in effective communications.


* Manage the communication processes, both regular (eg Newsletter) and adhoc (eg Asset comms), as defined in the Comms Strategy.
. Draft and develop communication material for the Program communications.
. Maintain, enhance Comms SharePoint and refresh on a regular basis.
. Be initial contact point for communications questions from workstreams.
. Help organize communication events.
. Contribute to workstream communications as appropriate.
. Work closely with Change Management and the change agent network.
. Manages and coordinates computer operations/service activities to ensure rapid, accurate, and efficient data processing of organization's workload.
. Plans, develops and maintains policies and procedures for carrying out computer operations.
. Builds systems capability that reflects the highest state of technical sophistication consistent with the corporation's needs and budget.
. Manage staff for optimum performance.


. At least Bachelor degree level (or equivalent)
. Experienced in Communications Operations
. Experienced in interacting with senior management.
. Operating in large corporate environments, complex in structure, intercultural - preferred.
. Good and proven writing skills.
. Crisis communication management.
. Change management practice
. SharePoint experience.
. Results and action oriented
. Resilient and tenacious
. Can work under high workload and pressure while navigating in an ambiguous environment.
. Articulate and assertive
. Able to build informal networks
. Strategic thinker
. Adaptable to changing priorities and timescales

* Excellent English skills- oral and written
. German and any additional language is a plus
