Randstad IT Professionals is actively looking for a Project Manager who has experience in Training Projects for our client in Basel
Role:
- Manage strategic global training projects and focus on managing multiple cross-functional teams to assess needs, design and deliver learning solutions to meet the goals of the company.
- Drive training projects to completion utilizing standard project management methodology which includes developing project charters/plans, managing to planned deliverables and milestone schedules, managing risk, issue resolution and change management.
- This individual may act as a liaison between PTQ Learning and OU and Global Function teams to ensure timely implementation and fulfillment of project requirements.
- Support business process analysis, design and optimization to enable the routine delivery of exceptional performance and continuous improvement of the Company`s Pharmaceutical Quality System

Qualifications:
- B.A./B.S., (Science preferred) with 5+ years as a Project Manager.
- Minimum 3 years of related analytical, business and operational experience in Supply Chain Management/Manufacturing/Engineering or Process Development
- Must have previous experience with strategic site or corporate training projects. Must work well in a collaborative team environment and communicate effectively with customers, peers, and senior management.
- Ability to manage projects effectively using Project Management process and methodology.
- Knowledge of and skill with the standard training design methodology: ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement and Evaluate)
- Strong quality orientation with attention to detail and a desire to deliver service excellence.
- Ability to interpret and relate Quality standards for implementation and review
- Strong influencing and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well with others in a proactive, positive, and constructive manner.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, plus previous experience with project management software applications and tools
- Knowledge of biotech/pharmaceutical manufacturing and cGMP's (local regulations) strongly preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English
