Project Manager - offshore, waterfall, scrum, agile, PMI, IPMA, transition
Randstad IT Professionals is actively looking to hire a Project Manager for our client, a renowned bank, headquartered in Zurich.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Responsible for management, planning, organizing, implementing and delivery of an international IT project
- Adherence of standard methodology from project initiation through to project implementation
- Responsible for scope confirmation, definition of implementation approach, scope, budget and actuals tracking, resource planning, milestone tracking
- Management of project risks, issues, and dependencies as well as and stakeholder and business client management
- Responsible for coordination with and tracking of multiple interfaces to ensure smooth delivery
MUST HAVE
- Several years of project management experience with proven project delivery track record
- distinctive project planning, controlling and monitoring skills
- Very good IT-Background and Consulting Skills (process changes, transition knowledge)
- Strong content leader and problem solver, independent also in politically difficult situations
- Ability to identify project-risks and define proper mitigation actions
- fluent written and spoken English/German skills preferable
- experience with different software development methodologies (Waterfall, Iterative, Agile)
- experience in international projects/offshoring projects
NICE TO HAVE
- CAPM/PMI certification would be an asset
- experience in banking or finance industry, Credit-Suisse IT-PM experience preferable
- Project management education and certificate (CAPM, PMI or IPMA)
