PMO Support

Our client, an international financial services company, is currently looking for an experienced PMO Support to assist in a program.

Tasks & Responsiblities:

  • onePPM support (planning, forecasts, project opening)
  • Status reporting
  • Set-up governance bodies/Ensure meetings
  • Coordinate/develop presentations for governance bodies
  • Logistics, agendas & meeting minutes at governance bodies
  • Communication Planning
  • Intranet/Articles development
  • Stakeholder Management/Events Planning
  • Financials and headcounts (budgets/forecasts/actuals) - standard monthly reports & ad-hoc analyses
  • Monitoring & approval of expenses
  • Resource/capacity planning
  • Contract/Vendor Management
  • Issues tracking
  • Risk Management
  • Logistics, agendas & meeting minutes
  • SharePoint/Repositories maintenance

Required Skills:

  • OnePPM
  • MS Office - Excel, Word etc.
  • MS Project
  • Fluent English & German
