PMO Support
Our client, an international financial services company, is currently looking for an experienced PMO Support to assist in a program.
Tasks & Responsiblities:
- onePPM support (planning, forecasts, project opening)
- Status reporting
- Set-up governance bodies/Ensure meetings
- Coordinate/develop presentations for governance bodies
- Logistics, agendas & meeting minutes at governance bodies
- Communication Planning
- Intranet/Articles development
- Stakeholder Management/Events Planning
- Financials and headcounts (budgets/forecasts/actuals) - standard monthly reports & ad-hoc analyses
- Monitoring & approval of expenses
- Resource/capacity planning
- Contract/Vendor Management
- Issues tracking
- Risk Management
- Logistics, agendas & meeting minutes
- SharePoint/Repositories maintenance
Required Skills:
- OnePPM
- MS Office - Excel, Word etc.
- MS Project
- Fluent English & German
