Project Manager - Payments Program
Our client, a major international bank, is currently looking for an experienced Project Manager for a payments programm.
Main Tasks
- Responsibility for the stream roll-out
- Defining approach and plan of the roll-out process. Later in the project phase conduct the roll-out and closely monitor risks and issues and address appropriate actions.
- Coordination with all interface partners and surrounding systems related to the stream.
Major Deliverables:
- Work breakdown structures and effort estimations
- Project plans and schedules, including resource- and cost plans.
- Project execution aligned to our project standards based PMI methodology.
- All project and process relevant artifacts based on our IT solution delivery policies.
- Coordination of an international teams at different locations.
- Regular risk management, cost management, issues and action items tracking.
- Presentations at project steering committee.
- Regular project status reporting to senior IT management.
- Extensive stakeholder management on senior level.
Required Skills and Experience:
- FH/Uni Education
- PMP PMI certified
- Project methodologies waterfall, scrum, agile
- 10 years ITPL with proven track record in software roll-out
- 5 years proven experience to manage project in international project teams
- Payments knowhow highly preferred
- MS Office, MS Project,
- Mainframe, unix, Java
- German & English spoken & written must
- Open communication style
- Target oriented, problem solving attitude
