Our client is a Swiss leading financial institution, based in Zürich. In order to reinforce their team, Swisslinx is seeking a Senior Project Management Officer/Portfolio Manager for a 6 months contract.
As a Senior PMO/Portfolio Manager you would be responsible for the following tasks:
- Keep track of status, budget, issues and risks
- Manage the budget for Market Risk IT, including forecasting, raising funding requests
- Support Project Managers
- Help manage resource plans and hiring process for Market Risk IT
- Support the IT Release management process
- Prepare Steering Committee meetings and other governance forums
- Manage timesheet administration
Your profile:
- Good organisational skills and communicative personality
- 5+ years working experience as a PMO/Project Manager
- Working experience in large/complex projects
- Good understanding of Investment Banking products and process
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
