Senior Remedy Developer
My consultancy client are in need of Senior Remedy Developers for a 3 month contract based in Basel, Switzerland.
The candidates selected will directly support their client's Program Division's Remedy project.
Developers will develop 21 Remedy Service Request forms.

Primary Skills:
Working experience in:
- ITSM (Information Technology Service Management)
- SRM (Supplier Relationship Management)
- CMDB (Configuration Management Database)
- SLM (Service Line Management)
- Discovery Solution Remedy Development and process automation
Secondary Skills:
- ITIL Process Consultancy
- Experience in Server Monitoring Solution
- BMC Remedy OnDemand Suite
- BMC Analytics OnDemand
- BMC IT Business Management OnDemand
- BMC Discovery OnDemand
- BMC Mobility OnDemand
Ideally 6-7 years IT experience, and Pharmaceutical would be an advantage.
