For our customer in Zurich we are looking for a 2nd Level Application Supporter
Your responsibilities:
Provide professional 2nd Level Support (technical facing) for FID Applications, core and associated upstream/downstream applications. Work within max 8-person team providing office hours and on-call support. On-call rota would be 1 in 6 weeks. Work & liaise with 1st Level Support, 2nd level Investigations and 3rd Level Support/Development teams and associated Unix, Windows, Database and others as appropriate. Specific duties will be split between primary RTB work (above) and secondary CTB project work (preparation for production go-live, testing and preparation for deployments)
