Datastage Consultant
Skills:
ETL tools especially IBM DataStage, Oracle Databases/SQL, SAP Business Objects and Crystal Reports, MS Excel, MS Access.
My client has an urgent requirement for Datastage Consultant for a contract opportunity in Zurich
Key Responsibilities;
-responsible for upgrading clients Datastage Software to version 9.1 from 8.1.
-managing the development, UAT and production of the upgrade.
-required to document process and liaise with the client directly on any issues they encounter and resolve these.
Experience needed;
-strong experience in Datastage
-experience in Datastage 9.1 or 8.7 installation
-track record in managing upgrade projects
-experience with Data application configuration, Code migration, ETL Development, Client Tool Installation
-experience in creating upgrade specifications
-finance sector background is highly desirable
-excellent customer facing skills and ability to work on own initiative
Contract Duration: 3 months initially
Location: Zurich
Daily rates: Negotiable
