Role: Salesforce Consultant
Duration: 3-6 months
Location: Zurich, Switzerland
Skills & Description:
- At least 5+ years of relevant systems implementation/rollout experience deploying enterprise solutions on Salesforce.com platform.
- Must have experience working on at least 4 implementations/rollouts around Sales, Service cloud for large enterprises that involved significant customizations using the Force.com platform.
- Good knowledge of Force.com technical platform including Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, AppExchange, Chatter API and integration to other third party solutions.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce.com integration techniques/tools and strong understanding of web services and APIs
- Experience in managing multiple accounts during a 90 day implementation phase
- Integration of various Salesforce.com technologies with disparate IT systems
- Configure/Implement solutions; provide documentation, training and knowledge transfer
- Translate customer needs through to solution delivery
- Ability to multi-task, effectively prioritize and adapt quickly to change in high pressure situations with minimal supervision required
