For an 11 month project with our customer in Lausanne, we are looking ASAP for a Test and Acceptance Apps Specialist

Tasks:

  • Ensure the expected quality and accuracy of the software deliverables with focus on natives apps.
  • Write and maintain the test scripts to validate each software component and demonstrate the business condition under test and the expected results (HP ALM).
  • Participate in the development iteration and acquire competencies on the developed functionalities.
  • Provide feedback to the development team and ensure the work is carried out in accordance with the quality requirements and the agreed planning.
  • Participate actively in the market and end-user acceptance phases.
  • Provide estimates and feedback to the Software Development Manager for project scheduling purposes.
  • Collaborate with other teams to prioritise and resolve issues.
  • Give support to the developers to resolve issues and defects.

    Requirements:

  • Significant experience (2-5 years) of testing in complex environments and large companies.
  • Significant experience with managing market's expectations.
  • Significant experience with testing apps.
  • Significant experience with writing and executing functional test cases.
  • Experience with analysing and documenting complex technical issues.
  • Experience with HP tools (ALM, etc.)
  • Knowledge of development and testing methodologies
  • Fluent in French and English (oral and written)is a must.
