Test Engineer - Data Centric Testing - Initial 3 months (likely extension) - Zurich, Switzerland

Our client is looking for a Data centric Test engineer with strong a SQL and ETL background for a initial 3 month contract in Zurich, Switzerland

The Client: Large scale consultancy

The role:
* Test Engineer - Data Centric Testing
* Creating test plan based on Mapping document.
* ETL Transformations

Candidate:
* Should be able to write SQL statements involving complex joins and grouping.
* Should be able to understand the data model.
* Should be able to create test plan based on Mapping document.
* Ability to test at least one ETL ( Informatica or Data Stage) or BI tool (like BO or Cognos).
* Ability to use a testing management tool having experience to prepare Test strategy.
* Experience in ETL transformations.
* Experience in Data validation, estimation, Data types and functions.

Rate: 500 CHF per day
