For my banking client based in Zürich we are looking for a Project Manager "Private Swift Network"
Language German and English.
As project manager you fulfil an important position to plan, coordinate, executes and monitor the deliverables of our project "Private swift Network (PsN)".
Description:
Private swift Network (PsN) reports updates on transactions and positions on client's accounts in standard SWIFT format and CSV. Thus PsN collects the source data from business applications on Credit Suisse's booking platforms in Switzerland, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, Italy, United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Singapore as well as from external banks and makes it available to authorized subscribers for secure download (standard SWIFT format) or for email submission with encryption (CSV). Reference data delivery and order entry are part of the PsN service as well. For a growing number of external asset managers, fund managers, corporate and institutional clients, family offices, high net worth individuals and in-house users, PsN is an indispensable information service to automate their processes.
Given this growing demand the PsN project is supposed to ensure and support platform stability and scalability, functional enhancements, international rollout, client projects, product transformation and support transformation.
Project goals are:
- Globally aligning product and processes in the international front and Back Office areas
- Support the business models
- Leveraging synergies within standardization
- Streamlining of processes, achieving higher scalability
- Adapt to regional and compliance regulatory and needs
- Strategic functional enhancements
Responsibilities:
You'll be responsible to develop project guidelines, to obtain business and information technology sponsor approvals and to plan and coordinate the resources necessary to successfully execute your project.
Major Deliverables are:
- Project guidelines
- Work breakdown structures and effort estimations
- Project plans and schedules, including resource- and cost plans.
- Project execution aligned to our project standards based PMI methodology.
- All project and process relevant artefacts based on our IT solution delivery policies.
- Coordination of an international teams at different locations.
- Regular risk management, cost management, issues and action items tracking.
- Presentations at project steering committee.
- Regular project status reporting to senior IT management.
- Extensive stakeholder management on senior level.
- Certification in Project Management (PMI/PMP or equivalent).
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English and German on senior management level.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team, highly motivated and performance oriented.
- Working experience at Credit Suisse is a strong advantage.
- At least 8 years' experience in Project Management, ideally in a financial institution.
